As a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs, including building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work (moving, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Can use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self‑starter with strong bias for action and results
• Works independently and demonstrates team building skills
• Ability to perform job duties with safety‑first mentality in a retail environment
