Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience, providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment;
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store;
Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity;
Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
