Assist customers at the sales floor across multiple platforms including in-store, online, and mobile; operate a point-of-sale system and provide a seamless checkout experience;
Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and organizing returned clothing;
Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is checked in and accurately ticketed;
Demonstrate proficiency with technologies used in the store and uphold asset protection standards;
Promote Nordstrom Rewards program and assist with stock fulfillment and store events as needed
