Stylist (Part-Time)Meridian, ID

As a Stylist at Eight Five One, you will deliver a welcoming and engaging in-store experience for all of our customers while providing an exceptional, and personalized shopping experience. Our Stylists make our customers feel warm, welcome and empowered to make confident decisions in the purchasing of our product. You ll prioritize connection while supporting sales, styling, and daily store operations.

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, including new arrivals and bestsellers
• Clearly communicate product features and benefits

• Offer personalized styling support to help customers find pieces that suit their personal style and needs
• Build genuine relationships with customers through thoughtful service
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through active engagement, up-selling, and cross-selling
• Support store promotions and sales initiatives
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and on-brand
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays
• Assist with store fulfillment, including packaging and preparing online orders to ship from the store

• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment
• Represent the brand with a professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
