Cashier​/Stocker

As a Cashier/Stocker at Smart Food service Stores LLC (US Foods CHEF'STORE), you'll support Retail Operations in a fast-paced, warehouse-style environment. You'll operate POS registers, accurately handle cash and card transactions, and provide friendly, efficient service to food service professionals, small businesses, and home chefs. You'll also stock shelves, coolers, and freezers, rotate and organize bulk inventory, maintain clean and safe aisles, and support receiving and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system to accurately process cash, card, and other tenders
• Provide friendly, efficient service to food service professionals and retail customers
• Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers; rotate inventory using FIFOMaintain clean, safe, and organized aisles, displays, and work areas
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and staging warehouse-style merchandise
• Monitor product pricing, labels, and signage for accuracy
• Support inventory counts and report low or out-of-stock items
• Follow safety, sanitation, and loss-prevention policies
• Work collaboratively with the Retail Operations team to meet store goals
