Retail Merchandiser

Retail Odyssey is seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded Retail Merchandiser to join our team. This role is central to our mission of optimizing retail operations and enhancing store performance for our partner retailers nationwide. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandise displays in accordance with company standards. Your work will directly influence in-store shopper experiences and drive sales through effective product presentation and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising strategies by following planograms to organize and display products
• Collaborate with store management and staff to best position inventory for maximum visibility and sales
• Manage stock levels and make recommendations for restocking needed items
• Analyze sales data to adjust displays and strategies for improved performance
• Report on inventory discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of store displays through adherence to company guidelines
