What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive revenue growth through acquiring new Public Sector customers and penetrating top-tier accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell products and services to optimize account revenue
  • Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Leverage data insights to prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies
  • Negotiate and close complex deals using a consultative approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of Public Sector sales or solution engineering experience in the SaaS industry
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets, with a strong track record of achieving quotas
  • Experience managing relationships with VP and C-level executives in Public Sector accounts
  • Familiarity with key sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • President’s club membership is a plus
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with proof of concept stages
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to create and leverage territory and account plans
