- Drive revenue growth through acquiring new Public Sector customers and penetrating top-tier accounts
- Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell products and services to optimize account revenue
- Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Leverage data insights to prospect new clients and enhance retention strategies
- Negotiate and close complex deals using a consultative approach
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of Public Sector sales or solution engineering experience in the SaaS industry
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets, with a strong track record of achieving quotas
- Experience managing relationships with VP and C-level executives in Public Sector accounts
- Familiarity with key sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari
- President’s club membership is a plus
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with proof of concept stages
- Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to create and leverage territory and account plans
