Actively greet and engage customers on the sales floor with professionalism and courtesy;
Assist customers with firearms questions and purchases while ensuring accuracy of purchase paperwork (4473, licensing, background checks);
Demonstrate strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, reloading, and optics to support buying decisions;
Maintain compliance with Scheels policies and procedures and promote Scheels Visa Rewards card benefits;
Contribute to a high-quality customer experience and meet or exceed sales goals
