Western States Equipment Co. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support Sales Representatives with quotes, pricing programs, and order processing. You will coordinate pre-deliveries, prepare make-ready needs, and work with Parts and Service to tailor machines to client specifications.
You will review work orders for accuracy, manage the sales pipeline from prospect to invoice to delivery, and provide weekly reports on opportunities and threats. Strong communication and CRM skills are preferred.
