Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who wants to do meaningful work while also having the opportunity to earn a great income? Touchmark is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing professional to help prospective residents and their families discover a community where they can live well, stay connected, and thrive. At Touchmark, our sales team members are called Retirement Counselors because this role is about more than making a sale.

You will guide individuals and families through an important life decision with care, confidence, and professionalism. You will build relationships with prospective residents, conduct community tours, host visits and events, follow up with leads, and help people envision what life at Touchmark can look like. As a Retirement Counselor, you will play an important role in helping new residents take that next step toward a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle. This is a personally and financially rewarding career for someone with a proven track record of sales success, strong follow-through, and a passion for helping others. Compensation includes a base salary, sales commissions, quarterly occupancy bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Guide individuals and families through the decision process with care, confidence, and professionalism.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and their families, conduct community tours, host visits and events, and follow up with leads.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations.
• View the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options.

• Has a drive to proactively exceed sales and personal financial goals by approaching this job as if you are growing your own business.
• Is passionate about Touchmark, about the residents that live in our communities, and about living the Touchmark Values every day.
• Is excited to work with team members to ensure every person who visits experiences the meaning of living their “Full Life”.
• Possesses the drive to increase occupancy by building relationships with prospective residents and their families over the phone and in person.
• Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules of potential new residents, including some evenings and weekends.
• Serves as a member of the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations.
• Sees the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options.
