As an Entry Level Management Trainee , you'll receive hands-on training while learning every aspect of our business.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with executing marketing campaigns and promotional events for nationally recognized brands
• Represent client brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions
• Build strong relationships with customers and local business partners
• Support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and promotional marketing initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service while creating positive customer experiences
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and company objectives
• Learn marketing strategies, business development, leadership, and brand management
• Participate in ongoing management training and leadership development programs
• Analyze campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve results
• Develop the skills needed for future leadership and management opportunities
