Actively seek out customers in the store and greet them with upbeat, professional service and assist with firearms questions and purchases;
Ensure all paperwork for firearm sales including form 4473, licensing, and background checks is completed accurately;
Demonstrate proper firearm safety and handling and evaluate/appraise firearms for resale;
Maintain broad knowledge of firearm industry facets including ammunition, reloading, and optics; promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits;
Attend product training and store meetings; maintain professional appearance; assist in other duties as needed
