About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Boise team and lead client relationships across high-end residential and select commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection - someone who loves helping clients and design partners realize their vision while ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for our builder, designer, and homeowner clients in the Treasure Valley area - listening, guiding, and coordinating with our internal design and installation teams to deliver the exceptional Garrett experience we’re known for.
Responsibilities- Build and nurture relationships with architects, builders, designers, and homeowners.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients throughout the design and build process.
- Develop project proposals, manage budgets, and oversee client communication from pre-design to final handoff.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.
- Identify opportunities for additional value through upgrades, service plans, and integrated technology solutions.
- Represent Garrett Integrated Systems at industry events, show home tours, and design partner functions.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or client relations within the smart home, construction, or design industry.
- Strong understanding of the custom integration process and/or luxury home market.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver with a consultative, service-minded approach.
- Familiarity with brands like Savant, Lutron, or similar technologies is a plus.
