Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences, providing tailored recommendations.
• Showcase available vehicles and ensure detailed information is communicated accurately, addressing any customer concerns.
• Guide customers through Car
• Max's buying, financing, or trading processes.
• Follow up with potential buyers by phone, email, or in person to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and presentation of the sales floor, ensuring all vehicles and displays are represented attractively.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver excellent customer service and to resolve any issues swiftly.

Required Skills

• Proven ability in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster relationships.
• Basic knowledge of automotive sales and financing processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
