Pay: $26 per hour + Uncapped bonus based on performance

Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Field Team Lead to coach and develop our Residential Canvassing team while working alongside them in the field. You will help team members build confidence, improve their conversations, and reach their goals while gaining valuable leadership experience of your own.

• Work alongside Residential Canvassers in the field and lead by example
• Coach team members on communication, confidence, and effective homeowner conversations
• Provide real time feedback, role play, and support to help team members improve
• Motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Recognize performance and address opportunities for improvement

• Help organize daily territories, equipment, and field activities
• Keep the team focused, productive, and on task throughout the day
• Help ensure team members follow established processes, timelines, and department expectations
• Serve as a go to resource for questions, challenges, and escalations

• Create an encouraging and accountable team environment
• Build strong relationships while maintaining clear performance expectations
• Communicate team performance, challenges, and opportunities to Direct Marketing Leadership
• Help create a positive experience for both team members and homeowners

• Monitor team performance and help drive department goals
• Reinforce company standards, policies, procedures, and Signature Service expectations
• Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally when interacting with homeowners
• Complete necessary administrative responsibilities, including attendance, timecard, and time off reviews through Paylocity

• 6+ months of experience in canvassing, door to door sales, field marketing, direct marketing, sales, or a related customer facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, clearly communicate expectations, and work with people from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
• High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to motivate others while maintaining accountability and productivity.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve goals in a performance driven environment.
• Highly organized, self motivated, and able to keep yourself and others on task.
• Comfortable coaching others, giving and receiving feedback, and having direct conversations when expectations or performance are not being met.
• Able to follow established processes and training methods while adapting your approach to different team members and situations.
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Residential canvassing or door to door sales experience, particularly in a high volume or performance driven environment.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, coaching, training, or mentoring others.
• Experience leading a team in a production based, high volume, or performance driven environment.
• Experience using performance metrics or KPIs to monitor and improve team performance.
• Experience in home improvement, home services, remodeling, construction, or another residential service industry.
