Security Officer - Gate Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and policy violations.;
Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and shift-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
