The Plumbing Installer is responsible for overseeing residential plumbing installation projects, delivering high-quality workmanship, leading installation teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting all safety and code requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Install residential plumbing systems including water heaters, filtration systems, piping, and fixtures
- Lead and mentor installers and apprentices to ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members
- Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
- Train and support apprentices and junior installers
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices
- Must be 24 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codes
- Proven ability to lead a team with minimal supervision
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions

Plumbing installation: 2+ years (required)
