Role Overview: The Residential HVAC Install Manager oversees and participates in the installation of HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects. You’ll lead by example, ensure safety and quality, and guarantee an exceptional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate HVAC installation teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, with precision and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and support installation staff to maintain high workmanship standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining system issues and solutions professionally.
- Document all work accurately and maintain job site organization.
- Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times.
- 24 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana).
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
- EPA certification and understanding of HVAC safety standards.
- Apprentice or Journeyman License preferred.
$70,000.00 - $ per year
Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, rotating weekends as needed, year-round work
