• Complete onboarding and safety training
• Demonstrate safe operation of equipment and vehicles
• Learn company processes, job standards, and customer expectations

• Consistently complete jobs on schedule and within estimated labor hours
• Maintain a low rework or callback rate through attention to detail
• Care for equipment to minimize preventable downtime
• Contribute to positive customer feedback and repeat business

You’re dependable, coachable, and comfortable working with your hands in a physical environment. You value teamwork, clear communication, and safety. You’re willing to learn new skills, accept feedback, and grow your responsibilities over time. Whether you bring prior construction experience or are ready to build it, you approach the work with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing or moving heavier equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely
• Willingness to work early mornings, long days, weekends, and overtime during peak season
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies

• Prior labor, construction, painting, or pavement maintenance experience
• Familiarity with striping, concrete, or surface preparation work

• Hourly pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime pay during peak season as applicable
• Paid training and skill development
• Consistent seasonal work from March through November (weather dependent)
