- Complete onboarding and safety training
- Demonstrate safe operation of equipment and vehicles
- Learn company processes, job standards, and customer expectations
- Consistently complete jobs on schedule and within estimated labor hours
- Maintain a low rework or callback rate through attention to detail
- Care for equipment to minimize preventable downtime

QualificationsRequired
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing or moving heavier equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely
- Willingness to work early mornings, long days, weekends, and overtime during peak season
- Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies
- Prior labor, construction, painting, or pavement maintenance experience
- Familiarity with striping, concrete, or surface preparation work
- Hourly pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- Overtime pay during peak season as applicable
- Paid training and skill development
- Consistent seasonal work from March through November (weather dependent)
