What Success Looks Like First 30–60 Days
  • Complete onboarding and safety training
  • Demonstrate safe operation of equipment and vehicles
  • Learn company processes, job standards, and customer expectations
First 90–180 Days
  • Consistently complete jobs on schedule and within estimated labor hours
  • Maintain a low rework or callback rate through attention to detail
  • Care for equipment to minimize preventable downtime
  • Contribute to positive customer feedback and repeat business
Ongoing Performance
  • High job completion efficiency
  • Strong quality control with minimal rework
  • Reliable attendance and readiness
  • Zero preventable safety incidents

Qualifications

Required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing or moving heavier equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely
  • Willingness to work early mornings, long days, weekends, and overtime during peak season
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies
Preferred
  • Prior labor, construction, painting, or pavement maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with striping, concrete, or surface preparation work
Compensation & Perks
  • Hourly pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
  • Overtime pay during peak season as applicable
  • Paid training and skill development
  • Consistent seasonal work from March through November (weather dependent)
