• TroubleshootsandservicesHVACsystems,including evacuating,recharging,andreplacingcomponentswhenrequired.
• Basicunderstandingofgeneralmechanical/electricalcabfunctionspertainingtooperatorinterfaces.

• Undersupervisionof Journey manor Masterleveltechnicianperformsgeneraltasksintroubleshootingandrepairofvarious

frameandsuspensionsystems,including tracks,trackpads,drive sprockets,andidlers.

• Identifiesundercarriagecomponentsandperformstracksagmeasurements.

• Install, repair, and activate telematics systems on equipment to enhance tracking and performance metrics.

Development Plan(TCDP).

• Utilizesservicemanuals(STW,SIS,andpartsbooks) toaddresstechnicalissuesandperformallrequiredtaskswithin

technicianlevelabilities,inaccordancewithprintedprocedures.

• Developsfamiliaritywithpartsreusabilityguidelines.
• Writesandreadscomplete,factualservicereportsforfilesandwarrantypurposesusingSTWfortimelyworkorderclosing.
• Developsskillsetstoaddressallinquiriesinapromptandfriendlymannertomeetorexceedinternal/external client
• Performsotherdutiesasassignedwhiledevelopingamindsetfortechnicianproductivity.

• Exceptionalcustomerserviceandadvancedcommunicationskills.
• Abilitytoworkautonomouslyunderpressurewithexcellentproblem-solving skills.
• Proficiencywithsoftwareprograms(ET,STW,Parts Integration,SISWeb).
