Job Overview

Ace Handyman Services is a Meridian-based, locally owned franchise backed by Ace Hardware. We are looking for a highly motivated professional Handyman to provide quality repair, remodeling, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers.

• Hourly pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing and electrical.
• Inspect properties and communicate repair options to customers.
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, organized tools, and a decently looking vehicle.
• Build and maintain customer confidence, seek additional work opportunities, and ensure top customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and commercial customers.

• 3+ years of handyman experience.
• Own truck or van and necessary tools.
• Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and collaborative, optimistic, reliable attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical.
• Ability to troubleshoot, think quickly, and resolve problems promptly.
