We’re currently hiring In-Home Install Assistants for our Boise team. If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn a skilled trade, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career.

• Assist lead installers with in-home counter top installations
• Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (when needed)
• Safely carry and position stone materials (team lift required)
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness
• Run occasional job site errands (materials, tools, etc.)
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

• No experience required – we’ll train the right person
• Construction or installation experience is a plus
