ABC Pumping Services is looking for a Pump Truck Driver who is dependable, mechanically minded, safety-focused, and ready to earn.

You'll operate company pump trucks, serve residential and commercial customers, tackle challenging jobs, and become a trusted professional in an essential industry. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced team members, and have the opportunity to move into a commission-based compensation structure with significantly higher earning potential after training.

Get Paid to Learn. Then Earn More. During training:

You'll receive an hourly wage while learning our equipment, processes, safety standards, and customer service expectations.

After training:

You'll move to a commission-based pay structure
, giving you the opportunity to earn substantially more based on the work you perform.

What You'll Do

Every day is different—and every job matters.

  • Operate a company pump truck safely and professionally
  • Provide septic and pumping services for residential and commercial customers
  • Respond to both scheduled and emergency service calls
  • Perform physically demanding work in all types of weather
  • Safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements
  • Complete scopes of work accurately with limited supervision
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues when needed
  • Be available for early-morning starts, varying hours, and a rotating on-call schedule
  • Represent ABC Pumping Services with honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the job right

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
  • Ability to read, understand, and complete scopes of work
Preferred:
  • Previous pumping or septic industry experience
  • Tanker endorsement
  • Aerobic septic system installer/service provider experience
  • Mechanical or equipment experience
