- Thursday: 4 PM-10 PM
- Friday: 10 PM-7 AM
- Saturday: 3 PM-10 PM
- Sunday: 3 PM-10 PM
- Monday: 3 PM-10 PM

It’s an opportunity to be a calm, understanding presence for young adults (ages 18–19) who are stepping into independent living for the first time, often after experiencing significant instability or trauma.
As a Mentor, you’ll be someone they can rely on: someone who listens, encourages, and believes in their ability to grow. Your role is not to “fix,” but to support, guide, and model healthy adulthood.
You’ll help young adults- Learn practical independent living skills like budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and self-care
- Establish healthy daily routines and personal responsibility
- Prepare for employment and understand workplace expectations
- Build emotional regulation, communication, and social skills
- Develop confidence, self-worth, and decision-making abilities
- Most importantly, you’ll offer patience, consistency, and understanding, even on hard days.
- Calm, patient, and emotionally grounded
- Able to meet youth where they are without judgment
- Comfortable offering structure while remaining compassionate
- Reliable, consistent, and supportive
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (Mileage reimbursed)
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (we’ll help!)
