We're not treating technology as plumbing. We're building real enterprise software from the ground up, powered by modern tooling and AI, and using it to change how the RV industry sells and services.
That's where you come in.
Why this is a good jobAt Bish's you'll work on a small, fast-moving team that is building systems the business runs on. Leadership here sees technology as a competitive advantage and you'll see your work in stores and in customers' hands within weeks, not years.
Along the way you'll touch nearly every corner of the business: sales, finance, service, inventory, and parts. Few engineering roles let you go this wide and this deep at the same time.
What You'll Build- Full-stack applications — customer-facing and internal tools that redefine the RV sales and service experience, built on a modern React/Next.js and Type Script front end with Node and Python services behind them.
- The integration fabric — the APIs and integration layers that connect our core applications, data platform, and third-party systems so data flows cleanly across sales, finance, service, and parts.
- Data-informed features — applications wired into our analytics platform so the business runs on real, timely information.
- AI-powered capabilities — features and workflows that put AI to work
