Blue Ridge is expanding operations in the Treasure Valley. We offer $1,300 to $1,550 weekly gross, assigned  equipment, and a guaranteed bi-weekly home-time rotation. Whether you are a seasoned pro or a recent graduate, join a fleet that respects your time and your career goals.

• Weekly Gross: $1,300 to $1,550 (Top performers reach $1,700+)
• Bonus: Earn up to an additional $0.08 CPM Performance Bonus
• Orientation: $300 paid upon completion
• Extras: Additional pay for extra stops, delays, and unexpected downtime

• Territory: 11 Western States Regional lanes
• Weekly Volume: Consistent 2,200 to 2,500 miles available
• Equipment: Assigned  Freightliners or Kenworths
• Home Time: Reliable bi-weekly schedule (14 days out / 2 days home)
• Mentorship: 4 to 6 weeks of paid, company-funded training
• Guaranteed weekly pay during training
• Requirements: Minimum 120 accredited CDL training hours

• Valid Class A CDL;
  Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean MVR/PSP (No at-fault accidents or serious violations in last 3 years)
