Job at a Glance- 100% No-Touch Freight (Drop & Hook or Live Loaded by the site)
- Compensation: Starting $26-27/hr + Driver Excellence Bonuses + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) + Stipend
- Home Time: 4 days of work followed by 4 days off
- Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time, night and weekends available, no standby
- Equipment: Modern, state-of-the-art tractors equipped with advanced safety tech
- Experience
Required:
1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience (Military experience considered)
- Home Every Other Day: Enjoy 4 days of off time after 4 days of work - no OTR lifestyle.

As a Local Driver, you will safely and efficiently transport freight on local routes.
- Route Type: Regional (4 days on followed by 4 days off)
- Schedule: Preset, known schedule and workdays, no standby.
- Overtime: 4 weeks of overtime followed by 4 weeks of no overtime.
We’ve streamlined our requirements so you can easily see if we are the right fit for you:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
- License & Meds: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and an active DOT Medical Card.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Screenings: Must be able to pass a standard drug test and background check.
- Tech & Communication: Ability to use a GPS/navigation system and read/write/speak English fluently to handle logs, signs, and reports.
