Material Handler
As a Material Handler, you will maintain an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring smooth operations and accurate inventory management. You will be responsible for pulling and issuing parts for production using a scanner, completing various system transactions on a computer, and validating system and document data to ensure accuracy with the physical material. Your role will involve operating various material-handling equipment and using a variety of packaging and handling methods to protect materials from damage.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
- Pull and issue parts for production with a scanner.
- Complete various system transactions on a computer.
- Validate system and document data against physical materials and identify discrepancies.
- Operate material-handling equipment, ESD workstations, electronic scales, counting equipment, bag sealers, pallet jacks, and use skids, pallets, and carts to complete work tasks.
- Utilize various packaging and handling methods to protect materials.
- Work closely with others and communicate effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, and packing.
- Ability to cross-train within different departments in the warehouse.
- Basic computer skills with data entry and beginner-level Excel.
- Experience with material handling and RF scanners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management.
- Experience with warehouse operations.
- Experience in packaging and using RF scanners.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Employees are expected to wear jeans, a t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes while working in a clean and organized environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
