Make a difference as a Administrative Assistant (Receptionist)As an Administrative Assistant (Receptionist) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will be the face of our organization and a key player in supporting our daily operations. Each day, you can expect to greet visitors with a warm smile, handle incoming calls, and manage appointment scheduling with precision. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a balanced workweek. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication among team members.
As you familiarize yourself with our systems and procedures, you will embody our values of excellence and customer-centricity in every interaction.
