Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8‑hour shifts

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems.
- Update the ADT missing elements in the EMR system by reviewing the ADT exception report daily.
- Participate in stand‑up/down and record census updates daily into the EMR system to ensure admissions, discharges/deaths, transfers, and changes in level of care, team, and/or branch are captured for accurate census.
- Assist the Team Director by ordering and maintaining appropriate inventory of medical supplies for the field staff.
- Process DME orders in the EMR system and any ancillary systems.
- Prepare IDG and assist the Team Director as requested in preparing for team meetings.
- Maintain close communication with the Medical Director and community physicians in completing their IPOC/485 documents timely and prior to meetings by leveraging eNote and Collaborator.
