POSITION SUMMARY:

Electronic Visit Verification Clerk (EVV) responsibilities include: managing scheduling and staffing processes, staff selection, maintaining client satisfaction, monitoring Call Dashboard to ensure aides report to assignment, documenting and reporting as necessary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Makes all schedule changes and updates as necessary, and covers all open cases.
  • Answers all incoming phone calls.
  • Goal is to maximize visits.
  • Monitors Call Dashboard according to agency policy, and documents each visit when an aide fails to call in or out.
  • Notifies client and supervisor of any changes in service in a timely manner.
  • Documents all miss-visits with appropriate reasons.
  • Communicates with aides to ensure clock in/out.
  • Communicates with HR about any aide who is unable/unavailable to work.
  • Reports all incidents and changes in patient status to supervisor for incident report.
  • Transfers all client complaints to supervisor if unable to resolve.
  • Assists with all agency job functions as needed due to absence and overflow.

  • Must be able to utilize basic computer software integral to agency operations after initial training period.

  • Must have knowledge of all policies and procedures related to coordination (given upon hire).
  • Must be an active listener, have social perceptiveness, and be a critical thinker.
  • Must be able to manage time and be a complex problem solver; needs ability to monitor and assess performance.
  • Must be able to negotiate.
  • Must contain a pleasant attitude and patience at all times.
