POSITION SUMMARY:
Electronic Visit Verification Clerk (EVV) responsibilities include: managing scheduling and staffing processes, staff selection, maintaining client satisfaction, monitoring Call Dashboard to ensure aides report to assignment, documenting and reporting as necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Makes all schedule changes and updates as necessary, and covers all open cases.
- Answers all incoming phone calls.
- Goal is to maximize visits.
- Monitors Call Dashboard according to agency policy, and documents each visit when an aide fails to call in or out.
- Notifies client and supervisor of any changes in service in a timely manner.
- Documents all miss-visits with appropriate reasons.
- Communicates with aides to ensure clock in/out.
- Communicates with HR about any aide who is unable/unavailable to work.
- Reports all incidents and changes in patient status to supervisor for incident report.
- Transfers all client complaints to supervisor if unable to resolve.
- Assists with all agency job functions as needed due to absence and overflow.

- Must be able to utilize basic computer software integral to agency operations after initial training period.

- Must have knowledge of all policies and procedures related to coordination (given upon hire).
- Must be an active listener, have social perceptiveness, and be a critical thinker.
- Must be able to manage time and be a complex problem solver; needs ability to monitor and assess performance.
- Must be able to negotiate.
- Must contain a pleasant attitude and patience at all times.
