Job Summary

The Construction Scheduler will collaborate with the Project Manager to create and maintain timetables that manage both time and resources, ensuring work is completed on schedule.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Scheduler will manage workload distribution, monitor customer delivery and job installation progress, and coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain project calendars. The Scheduler will identify and rectify schedule disparities, provide all necessary elements to the Project Manager for weekly and monthly reports, and perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Must have scheduling experience within commercial construction.
  • Must hold a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Must possess working knowledge of Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Must have experience in customer interface, such as liaison between the customer and the company.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience scheduling in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project).
  • Must meet the company’s minimum driving standards.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Must be local; remote work is not allowed.
  • Must have strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, writing, and oral presentation skills.
  • Must be able to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.

  • Must be self‑motivated and professional, leading others to develop and implement project process improvements.
  • Must promote company culture and mission to employees, vendors, clients, and business partners.
