Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Meridian, MS
.

, our client delivers raised access flooring, hot and cold aisle containment, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.
This is a direct hire opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to build a long-term career in project management. Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll gain hands-on experience managing project schedules, documentation, subcontractors, budgets, and field operations while developing into a future Project Manager.
Responsibilities- Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of construction
- Coordinate project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Manage material expediting, deliveries, and project files
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting
- Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and communicate schedule impacts
- Support inspections, quality control, and project closeout
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience
- Understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

- $75,000-$95,000 annual salary
