• Provide members with an unparalleled experience and encourage them to achieve fitness goals.
• Ensure the club is super clean and maintained.
• Find new and existing members to join fitness classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities.
• Assist at the welcome desk with checking in members, greetings, farewells, tours, enrollment, and other club responsibilities.
• Lead and inspire the team with passion and positivity.
• Manage a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver customer service beyond expectations, engaging members in their journey.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for helping others.
• Can communicate, stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, climb, balance, kneel, and handle hazardous chemicals.
• Reliable, on-time and dependable.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Occasionally lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch as required.
