Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule patients in technology systems;
Collect and maintain accurate, basic patient information relating to registration and insurance;
Answer general inquiries or provider questions and direct non-scheduling calls accordingly;
Complete appointment scheduling, cancellation, and confirmation requests within guidelines to provide first available appointment;
Assist with training initiatives for new hires and contribute to contact center metrics
