The role centers on maintaining industrial equipment and will be filled at a Journeyman level based on power plant experience. The successful candidate may cross-train to become an Operator on the Control Board to advance to Station Technician.
Expect to join the plant Emergency Response Team, mentor others, and participate in the Journeyman Development Program. The MOA with IBEW governs the position.
