Role Description The Hospitality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississippi, United States. This role is responsible for greeting guests, providing attentive customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment throughout their visit. Daily tasks include assisting with check-in and check-out processes, answering questions, handling guest requests, and coordinating with team members to resolve issues promptly. The Hospitality Specialist supports food and beverage service, maintains cleanliness and presentation standards in guest areas, and follows company procedures to ensure safety and comfort.

The role involves working flexible hours, collaborating closely with colleagues, and representing Wealth Hospitality Group in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Effective communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
  • Experience or comfort working with food & beverage service and general hospitality service operations.
  • Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, guest-centered attitude.
  • Prior experience in hotels, restaurants, or related hospitality settings is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
