The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

As a Maintenance Associate, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You are on your feet and on the go, and maintaining a positive attitude helps ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and following proper forklift spotting procedures.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials following proper procedures, and correct or report unsafe situations to Management.
• Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per Company procedures and use approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish when needed.

Support safety and cleanliness efforts, maintain facility standards, and contribute to a positive member experience.
