PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support a special project in a manufacturing environment. This role involves operating production machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring products are produced safely and efficiently.

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and identify any operational issues.
• Perform basic quality inspections of finished products.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately complete production documentation as required.
• Support special project activities and additional operational needs.

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.

• Dependable and safety-focused.
• Comfortable operating machinery in a production environment.
• Able to learn new processes quickly.

Pay Details: $1.00 per hour
