Registered Nurse - RN

We are seeking a Dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) for full time.

Night Shift: 7am-7pm.

HHS Alliance Mental Health is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mental health facility. As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health care, collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the overall success of our mental health programs.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. New grads welcome to apply!
• Current Mississippi RN License or license eligible.

• Patient Care:
• Administer and manage psychiatric medications and treatments.
• Monitor and assess mental health status, responding to changes promptly.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other mental health professionals in care planning.
• Lead and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient care.

  Education:
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Current and valid RN license in MS.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification; additional mental health certifications a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mental health setting.
