• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient symptoms, reactions, and progress.
• Perform physical assessments and apply sound clinical judgment.
• Administer medications per nursing standards and correctional guidelines.
• Implement and follow established treatment plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Document care accurately while working within state scope of practice and provider direction.
