Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our On-Call Hospice Team. In this rewarding role, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients and families throughout our Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Rowan County service areas
, helping ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life when it matters most.

While this position primarily serves Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Rowan Counties, occasional support may be needed throughout Carolina Caring's 13-county service area, including pediatric patients as needed.

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• Paid for 80 hours each pay period
• Extended time off every other week
• Primarily serving patients in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Rowan Counties

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required. Must maintain CPR certification.

Experience:

One to three years clinical experience required. Hospice or home health care experience preferred.
