Key Responsibilities- Assessing patients accurately based on their medical conditions.
- Administering medications as prescribed and providing age-appropriate care.
- Developing and evaluating patient and family education plans.
- Performing treatments, assisting with procedures, and utilizing technical skills.
- Addressing psychosocial needs and coordinating with social services for post-discharge planning.
- Practicing cost-effective resource management and promoting patient safety.
- Engaging in lifelong learning to stay current in nursing practices.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Computer literacy.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
