Seasonal Summer Maintenance/Grounds Worker
Position Type:

Meridian CUSD 223 is seeking a Seasonal Summer Maintenance/Grounds Worker to assist with grounds and facility upkeep during the summer months. This position primarily involves outdoor work and supports the district's efforts to maintain safe and well-kept school properties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Mulching and general landscaping tasks
- Weed trimming (weed-whacking) and weed removal
- Assisting maintenance staff with various projects as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical
