Reports to the food service manager;
Directly supervises the production supervisor, line supervisors, correctional officer staff and offenders assigned to the dining room;
Responsible for the management of food services, which includes the offender dining hall and special food services in compliance with MTC and MDOC directives;
Maintains kitchen equipment in orderly workable condition and ensures work area is safe, clean, and sanitary;
Ensure counts are performed accurately for all offenders assigned to the kitchen
