Collaborate with teammates to build a strong meat team and support members' needs on the floor;
Demonstrate knowledge of meat department operations, safety standards, sanitation, inventory, and equipment maintenance;
Prepare meat products by cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming according to standards; cut boneless meat;
Use handheld technology and digital tools to assist in production decisions and maintain product quality;
Maintain an organized, clean, and properly labeled/measured meat area and packaging.
