Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, report maintenance concerns or suspicious activity, and document observations through clear written reports.;
Maintain a professional presence while communicating with tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel.
