Patrick Allen Companies is seeking an experienced Glass Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys delivering exceptional service to our customers.

This position is responsible for the installation, repair, replacement, and servicing of commercial and residential glass products, including storefront systems, mirrors, shower enclosures, windows, doors, and other glazing systems.

• Install, repair, and replace commercial and residential glass products
• Measure openings and accurately cut, fit, and install glass and related materials
• Install storefront systems, aluminum framing, mirrors, shower enclosures, doors, and windows
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project specifications
• Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations
• Safely transport, handle, and install glass products
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managers
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Complete required paperwork and job documentation accurately and timely

Required

• Previous experience in commercial and/or residential glass installation
• Ability to accurately measure and install glass products
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy glass materials
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and glass installation equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional customer service attitude

Preferred

• Experience with storefront systems and aluminum framing
• Experience installing shower enclosures and custom mirrors
• Knowledge of glazing techniques and industry best practices
• CDL license or willingness to obtain one (if applicable)

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at varying heights
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely handle glass and construction materials
