HVAC Services Technician

Upchurch is seeking an HVAC Services Technician to support technical projects for commercial and institutional clients. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring reliable performance and energy-efficient operation. You will perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance while collaborating with engineers and project managers. Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and related components on client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance testing to ensure reliable operation.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues using meters, gauges, and schematics.
• Document service findings, repairs, and recommendations in clear, professional reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support technical project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues, options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Follow safety procedures, codes, and company standards on all job sites.
• Assist in planning materials, tools, and scheduling for service visits and small projects.
