About The Position Magnolia Green is hiring an experienced carpenter to help build high-quality outdoor living spaces. This position requires a solid background in carpentry, but daily work will also include landscape construction and general outdoor installation work.

About The Position Magnolia Green is hiring an experienced carpenter to help build high-quality outdoor living spaces. This position requires a solid background in carpentry, but daily work will also include landscape construction and general outdoor installation work.What You'll Do
- Build decks, pergolas, fences, outdoor structures, and other custom features
- Perform framing, woodworking, measuring, cutting, and finish work
- Install patios, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation, and outdoor lighting
- Assist with grading, concrete, masonry, planting, and general landscape installation
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe
- Work independently and solve problems in the field
- Assist other team members with landscape construction duties as needed
- Professional carpentry, framing, or woodworking experience is required
- Able to accurately measure, cut, assemble, and complete quality work
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work without constant supervision
- Willing to perform landscape construction work in addition to carpentry
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Able to work effectively as part of a professional team
- Experience with masonry, concrete, drainage, irrigation, lighting, or landscaping is a plus
- Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer is preferred
- Crew-leadership experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
